Building Pre-Construction Termite Protection
Are you renovating and extending your home? Or building a brand new home? Whichever maybe the case, this is the sensible and cost effective time to install termite prevention options. You should certainly consider a Physical Termite Protection and or Chemical Termite Protection treatment to your home. Doing this may save you the need to chemically treat for termites later on.
In the early stages of building, before pouring concrete and laying flooring on stumps, a termite barrier should be installed in accordance with AS 3660.2 using approved termite barrier systems. Will Kill Pest Control Pty Ltd is qualified to install both physical and chemical barriers including Termidor, Biflex and HomeGuard. Once the building is complete a termiticide barrier must be installed around the perimeter prior to any paving or concreting being laid against the building.
A full certificate is then supplied which complies with the statutory regulations.
